“ This was a last minute booking when our lodging for the Palmerston Spartan Race fell through. Great service, beautiful views. We checked in a little early and a staff member helped us at the bar. When we checked in, they made sure we had a reservation for the restaurant if we wanted one. The food and service were phenomenal. Thank you! ”
“ My friends and I came here for dinner, and we had a lovely experience. The salad and bread were a delicious start to our meal. I had the eggplant tower which was phenomenal. My friends had the chicken parm, ahi tuna, and mushroom ravioli, which they all enjoyed. Our drinks were very good. The service was very attentive and professional. I highly recommend this dining establishment for an elegant evening. ”
“ Great atmosphere and the food is delicious! The Chicken Milano is my favorite entree. The Italian Chocolate Love cake is a great way to end a meal here! Highly Recommend! 11-19-2022: Revisited under the new ownership and something that was already perfect was even better this time around! Adding some new pics of the dishes we had during this recent visit! ”
“ This place was amazing. They got us in last minute without a reservation. Very accommodating. I would make a reservation next time. Food is delicious and many things are made in house. I didn't get a picture before I stirred up my Veal colognes peppardelle. But it was absolutely delicious and filling. You will not leave here hungry. Make sure you visit this Italian restaurant if you are near or in Jim Thorpe. ”
“ My wife and I just stayed overnight this past weekend. We were not sure where to eat for Mother's Day. After looking at the menu and talking to some locals we gave it a try. Hands down a spectacular meal. Scallops, Eggplant Parm, Rack of Lamb ... absolutely perfect and made with passion! Every ingredient played its role. A meal most restaurants could only dream of making. The staff was well versed in the menu, attentive, collaborated together nicely. Cool retro bar. Without a doubt ... this place should be on Food Network DDD !!! Thank You for the memory! ”
“ Food so good we literally hugged the chef! My husband and I went to Macaluso's for dinner on an anniversary trip, and from the atmosphere, friendly and attentive service, and unbelievably good food, we could not have been more delighted. Each course was better than the last, with homemade soups, perfectly grilled long hots with imported sharp provolone and olive oil, pan seared sea scallops with sage butter, eggplant parm, and Italian "love cake" for dessert. Thank you, Macaluso's, for an unforgettable dining experience served up with heart. We loved it, and will definitely be back! ”
